As I watch the market in our area, I have noticed over the last several months that our home inventory continues to go down. A few months ago we had over 750 homes available in the Hilton Head market. As of June 14, 2012 we have 737 out of a total of 14,400. That is a very low inventory of 5% to choose from.
As of July 14, 2012 Inventory on Hilton Head Island has declined, once again.
